The newest Las Vegas residency isn’t a musical act, it’s an opportunity to enjoy everything Netflix has to offer.
Netflix says it will open its latest experimental project on the casino floor at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Feb. 20: A new outpost of its full-service Netflix Bites restaurant.
Netflix first tested the food concept in Los Angeles in 2023, but while that experience lasted about six weeks and was primarily focused on dinner service, the new Netflix Bites is being described as a “residency,” a long-term project that LA. popup.
The Las Vegas version of Netflix Bites will also serve breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.
In addition to Netflix’s food-inspired dishes, show staples like Chef’s table AND Dinner Time Live with David ChangLas Vegas Netflix Bites will also feature more inclusive cuisine inspired by Netflix shows such as Foreign things, Bridgerton, Squid game, One piece, Love Is Blind, Nailed it! So what’s on the menu? Some of the offerings, according to Netflix, will include:
- “The party of eleven,” crispy chicken and waffle sliders perfect for foodies who want some dimensional hop, served both ‘Hawkins’ and ‘Upside Down’ style.
- “Bridgerton Regency Tea,” a luxurious three-tier tea service with finger sandwiches, cookies and pastries direct from Ton served with a menu created by Lady Whistledown herself.
- “La Casa del Sangria”, a Spanish-style cocktail with mint leaves dusted with gold, served in a lock box, where guests will solve a puzzle, challenging even the sharpest of the Money Heist crew.
- Too hot to handle– Bloody Mary inspireda cocktail so spicy it comes with its own holder in case guests can’t handle the heat!
Netflix also says Mastercard holders will get priority seating and reservations, access to special restaurant experiences and a pair of special cocktail offers. Mastercard is the official partner of Netflix experiences, giving its users access to events like Netflix Bites, as well as future events Foreign things Broadway show.
The new edition of Netflix Bites continues the streaming giant’s push into live experiences. The company has organized live experiential offers based on shows like Foreign things, Bridgerton AND Squid game in cities around the world.
Those experiments will culminate this year when it opens Netflix House locations in Pennsylvania and Texas, with food, retail and experiential offerings.
However, an extended stay at one of Las Vegas’ busiest casinos is another move by the company to build a foothold in the real world.

As it happens, another major entertainment company will open an experimental business in Las Vegas this year: NBCUniversal will open a year-round version of Halloween Horror Nights in the city, with haunted houses based on movies like Exorcist: Faithful AND The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
